By using Apex Studio, operated by Axon Labs LLC, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Apex Studio provides AI-powered content generation including video, voice, image, and clip generation.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload and all content generated for you. On paid plans, generated content may be used commercially without restriction.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate deepfakes of real people without consent, illegal content, or spam.

5. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
